Am ersten Mai-Wochenende startete auf dem Travering die Clubslalomsaison mit einer Doppelveranstaltung. Thomas hatte genannt und trat mit dem 318ti an, der nach der Winterzeit das erste Mal wieder laufen sollte. Bei freundlichem Wetter hatten 11 Teilnehmer der 3b zum Travering gefunden. Thomas kam gut in Schwung und fuhr im Training die viertschnellste Zeit. In Wertungslauf 1 konnte er noch einen draufpacken und lag auf Platz 3. Leider wollte die Wasserpumpe am BMW nicht sauber mitarbeiten und es kam zum K\u00fchlwasseraustritt durch das \u00dcberdruckventil im K\u00fchlerdeckel. Diagnose im Fahrerlager und Auff\u00fcllen von K\u00fchlwasser brachten f\u00fcr Thomas viel Hektik und er kam im WL 2 etwas aus dem Rhythmus. Zu einer Zeitverschlechterung um vier Zehntel kam noch eine geworfene Pylone hinzu und er fiel auf Platz 5 zur\u00fcck, aber immer noch eine Platzierung mit der Thomas zufrieden war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
